I keep data collection to the absolute minimum. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not sell or share any data.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, your browser necessarily transmits technical data (such as your IP address) to the hosting infrastructure so the page can be delivered to you. This is standard for any website and is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
To understand roughly how many people visit, I use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It records aggregate, anonymous statistics — page views, referring sites, country, device type — and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any information that identifies you personally.
If you email me, I process your message and address solely to reply to you. I don't add you to any list or use your details for anything else.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For anything data-related, just email me at arvin.zatulovsky@gmail.com.
